Daily Equipment
Towel, goggles, practice suit and/or team suit, water bottle. Swimmers should also bring a pair of comfortable shoes for if the coaches decide to do shore exercises (running, stretching, strengthening etc.) Shore exercises are normally done if the water is too cold.
Team Suits
Our team suits are optional. Any appropriate suit can be worn at practice and at meets. If you wish to purchase our team suit, it is sold at: Swim Things on Highway 40 in Blue Springs 3010 SW US 40 HWY East, Blue Springs, MO 64015. It is highly recommend that you call ahead to make sure it is available before you make a trip out there: (816) 224-2600. The suits are on a first come first serve basis. The name of the suit is Bolted by Speedo. We select new suits every 2 years. This suit will be for 2025 and 2026 swim seasons.
